The Power of Grace: Resting in What God Has Already Done.
π Ephesians 2:8–9 KJV
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
not of works, lest any man should boast.”
In a world that celebrates achievement and self-made success, it’s easy to forget that the greatest thing in life — salvation — can’t be earned.
Paul reminds us in Ephesians that grace is a gift, not a reward. It’s not something we work for; it’s something we receive.
Grace is God’s way of saying, “You don’t have to climb to reach Me — I’ve already come down to you.”
No amount of good deeds, discipline, or human effort could ever make us worthy of His love. Yet, through Jesus Christ, God freely offers forgiveness, redemption, and new life.
Faith is our open hand — grace is the gift placed in it.
When we truly understand that, we stop striving to prove ourselves and start living in gratitude.
Grace doesn’t make us lazy; it makes us alive — free to serve God not out of fear, but out of love.
Every sunrise, every answered prayer, every second chance is a quiet reminder that grace is still working.
Today, rest in His grace.
You don’t need to perform for God — you just need to believe.
Let gratitude fill your heart as you remember:
π« You are not saved by what you’ve done, but by what Jesus has already finished.
Grace is not earned — it’s embraced.
